More than 100 local residents turned out for Wayne County Commissioner Tim Killeen's homeland security forum on March 7 at the Grosse Pointe War Memorial.



Wayne County Commissioner Tim Killeen is hosting a public forum on homeland security issues pertaining to Lake St. Clair and the Detroit River. The forum will be held on Wednesday, March 7, at 7 p.m. at the Grosse Pointe War Memorial.



By Tim Killeen -- For the past month, my office has been swamped with e-mails and phone calls concerning the recent scandals in Wayne County government, so many that I am unable to respond to them personally.

Wayne County Commissioner Tim Killeen has secured a $70,000 grant from the Wayne County Parks Millage to help pay for bike paths through the Grosse Pointe communities.
